Help!! Palisades Toys Ash has his arms on backward!!!!

Any idea how to fix this safely??
His hands are on the correct sides but the arms are not. UGGGGGGG!!!
I need a safe way to do this because the figure is so small I would hate to mess him up.

hmmmm....
looks like you gotta pop both the hands and shoulders off and then reverse the mess.

I am not too sure if you can boil the little bugger to soften the material without ending up with loose joints after re-assembly

I think your best best is to send those pics to Palisades and give 'em holy hell over it.


that's a pretty major fuck-up, imo.

Go to the Palisades Board, and contact customer service. They will replace him, they have been very good at taking care of people's AoD problems.
